We monitor all of the actions taken, tools used, and decisions made to adhere to all of your compliance requirements and constantly monitor the system so that it is constantly improving. Our evaluation framework automatically tests agent workflows before release and provides ongoing monitoring to ensure reliability and accuracy.

2. How do you ensure my data isn't used to train public models?

We connect our OpenAI integrations exclusively with your Team and/or Enterprise licenses. OpenAI does not train on data from Team or Enterprise customers, ensuring your proprietary data, research, and workflows remain confidential and are never used to improve public models.
